Is my order safely delivered?
We pack our packages carefully and dicrete because it is important to us that all products arrive safely. It is possible that when you are not at home, the carrier will hand over your package to your neighbours.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders from €35,- or more, where the shipping address is within the Netherlands, we ship the order free of charge. For orders below € 35, – €2,49 or 3,80 shipping costs will be charged depending of size and weight.
For orders from € 75, – or more, where the shipping address outside the Netherlands, we ship the order free of charge. For orders below € 75, – different shipping rates are used.
- Europe: €4,20 (till 100 gr), € 9,80 (100 gr to 2 kg), €19,50 (> 2 kg)
- Outside Europa: €4,20 (till 100 gr), € 15,40 (100 gr to 2 kg), €34,30 (> 2 kg)
when is my order delivered to my home?
If you order on working days before 15.00 hours, the order will be delivered to the delivery service the next day. We aim to give personalized products to the delivery service within 2 to 3 working days.
Where can I track my order?
After your package has been transferred, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your Track & Trace number. This allows you to track the status of your order. You can then enter this number together with your zip code on the PostNL or DPD website to track your order until it is delivered.
How do I return my order?
It may happen you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not fullfill your expectations, or maybe there is another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please enclose the return form with your return. » RETURN FORM
After cancellation you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For exact rates, please consult your carrier’s website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in original and unused condition and packaging will be returned to the Entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us via: info@spankandspoon.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order. Should the product be damaged or its packaging be damaged to a greater extent than is necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packed when it is returned.
Can I return personalized products?
Personalised products are made to the specifications you have entered. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is thus final after successful payment. Before we apply the design to a product, we will always ask you for permission.
Exchange product??
Do you want to exchange your product? That is not a problem at all. You can us contact for more information: info@spankandspoon.com. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
